Description:
A quartz crystal with
faint amethyst colouring and lovely gas and hematite inclusions,
shares a small basalt matrix with a few very small quartz crystals
and bits of calcite. A few of these small crystals also have reddish
hematite inclusions. Two small quartz crystals have fused to the side
of the main crystal. Around midway is a small dendrite included
under its surface.
The
termination point of the main crystal has a nick, while there is
a small blow-out to one of the crystal's shaft facets.
